Adding a duration through the API is not reflected in web UI

Hello,

If you create or update an activity with a duration, the response object correctly identifies that activity as having a duration.

Last year sometime the web UI was changed to an activity duration having a start and stop time. Now, when you add a duration to an activity through the API, the fields in the web UI are blank:

This is incredibly confusing to our users, as we have automations which add durations to activities, but we can’t see that in the web UI.

Is there a way to correctly populate these fields?

Looks like you can specify a due_time with a duration and that does the trick.

Thanks for pointing this out. I’m investigating as to why this is occurring and if we can can fix this or make the text more clear.
