API Data Pull Help

How would you go about pulling the following data using the API?

Deals changing value in a particular period
Deals that have a certain activity type during a specified month
Deals in a certain stage at a given time
Deals that move from one specific stage to another in a specified month
Deals lost in a certain period of time

The easiest way is to simply use Filters, specify the parameters, and pull this data https://developers.pipedrive.com/docs/api/v1/#!/Filters/get_filters_id

Probably create one manually in app first to better understand conditions and then create the API requests directly once you’ve tested more.
