As of December 2, 2019 , we will be removing the Authorizations endpoint:

Yes, we will remove the /authorizations endpoint on Monday, December 2, 2019, but until further notice, the API token and its functionality will remain untouched.
One can still find the API token under Settings in the web app, it’s just not possible to fetch it via Pipedrive API starting December 2, 2019.
