Breaking change in PUT /activities/{id} endpoint

Effective from July 5, 2019

There will be a breaking change in PUT /activities/{id} endpoint.

When performing a soft delete by changing active_flag: 0 in PUT /activities/{id}, the endpoint will redirect to DELETE /activities/{id}.
