I’ve merged two people and the deleted person kept all the email sent (they had about 100 emails saved on his log). Is it normal?
I actually think this is a bug, I’ve waited 15 minutes and the old emails are still linked to the deleted user.
I just tested this in-app and couldn’t replicate this behaviour. Were you merging via API or in-app as well?
Is this the only case you have seen of this?
Hi David, I’ve seen this happen before when the person has multiple emails linked to them. Just yesterday I’ve seen 3 cases like this when using the API. I can send you the link so you can investigate.
