Can't register an app

I can’t register an app, the Marketplace Manager option is missing from the menu on the left.
How do I proceed?

Hey Stargate,

You need to give us a bit of time to create the sandbox account for you. You just a requested it a little bit ago, but you will have an email sent to you when it is created. :slight_smile:
