Default Location of uploaded file via API

Hi,
I created a new pipedrive profile to make a test. I need to upload general documents unspecific to deals or persons to the pipedrive domain. When I use the Post file endpoint I can see that the post was made successfully. I have connected google drive and I can see that the document is available there, but where can I find the document in Pipedrive itself? Also can’t find it when trying to use the searchbar.

As I said I did not use any additional parameter flag like deal_id or something else.

Oh and, when I delete a document google drive does not sync it. Why not?

Hi Jannick,

With Files that are uploaded without being linked to anything, as you’ve noticed, you won’t see it in the UI anywhere, but you can find them via GET/itemSearch.

This is based on a Permission setting on Google Drive. Unfortunately we can’t change this.
