Display issue with emails [UTC-8]


Since few weeks now, emails sending from my webapp to Pipedrive through the bcc service don’t display correctly because of french accents (UTF-8).

For example, the sentence: “Vos travaux sont confirmés” is written that way “Vos travaux sont confirmés*”.

It is only related to Pipedrive because from my server side, there is no issue and clients that are receiving these kind of emails don’t see the special characters as well.

Are you already aware of this issue?

Just so that I have a better understanding, is there a Pipedrive integration / API that is involved?
