Empty body in uninstall webhook

Hello,
I have a problem with uninstall webhook it seams that data field is empty. I used some “request catcher” website to confirm it and after uninstalling an app, body of request was empty.
I am pretty sure my endpoint for removing app was working previously and it sudenly stoped.

Are you following everything according to what it states in our Documentation?

Yes
This is a request that came. (I replaced callback url for a moment to get it)
