Empty owner_name from deal API

Hi team,

I am getting a very strange deal result from my account deal id 47151

The owner_name returns empty, and the user_id is also missing the array. The user is active and a paying user. How come that is possible?

  • What’s the mode of authentication used (Token / OAuth)?
  • Which endpoint are you using to retrieve the details pertaining to the deal/? I am guessing it is this one

Thanks for confirming @Pedro_Goes. Can you confirm if you can see the owner and user details in the Pipedrive Webapp as well? Also, are there any visibility settings associated with these deals? Let me check with the respective team in the meantime
