Error server unavailable while refreshing token

Since today, we are facing problem when we try to refresh the token for our customers.
We get a “503” error and the following body:

“message”:“Server error”

Is anyone can help me with this issue?

I can confirm this. I’ve tried with several apps and there seems to be an issue with the OAuth process.
