Getting the ID of a value in a custom field

Hey,

I’m trying to find the key/values (ID) for custom fields options on whatever field being a unique option or multiple option, how do I find the ID of the options of a certain field?

I am not a IT guy, I am using ZAPIER and I need that data to make the ZAPs work.

I see that you can use Postman but I don’t know how to use, even that I have an account and the API 3 specification file has been loaded.
