How long does the sandbox account take to provision? I’ve been waiting 72 hours so far…

Sorry for the delay, since we don’t work during weekends sometimes depending on our queue it might take more than 48 hours if your request was left pending after Friday.
We try to get to most requests before the week is over to avoid this, in this case we didn’t manage, we have added some extra information on the sandbox request form to explain this.
We have now created the sandbox account.
