How to extract overdue calls which are not contacted within a week

Hi Team,

I need a API to extract the count of calls not contacted within a week from person/timeline. Please find the image for reference. I need to extract 18 count. Kindly help me out

AFAIK, there is no direct API endpoint to retrieve this information. The last_activity_* fields are the closest you can get to in this scenario.
