Invalid Token

Hi!

Good day, We have an app integration using Pipedrive API. but some of our clients reported there were problem getting data from Pipedrive API. Upon checking when we refresh the token directly from Pipedrive it throws an

   "message": "Invalid grant: refresh token is invalid",
   "error": "invalid_grant"
}

Our customers have not uninstalled or deactivated the app nor was there any scope change. Are you able to help us check on why we are getting this error?

We can provide more details as required. Would appreciate prompt response as we have no workaround for this presently.
