Perhaps I’m missing something in the itemSearch API.
I want to search for a deal whose specific custom field (let’s call it “Payment ID”) has a value XXX.
From the documentation I see that I can search for XXX in all custom fields, not a specific one
That means that even deals that have XXX in another field will be fetched.
Am I missing something?
Is what we’re asking for possible?

Thanks for sharing the feedback. Your interpretation is right. Currently custom_fields value is passed as such and the search happens broadly. However, I have taken note of this feedback and will share it with the concerned team
