are you aware of a way to let the useres use the api-key-values in the pipedrive automation?
e.g if “last_name” is empty set it to “first_name”

Are you referring to our Workflow Automation feature?
If so, that’s not possible, but have you tried Zapier, Automate.io or another automation app to see what they offer?
