OAuth 2 returning 401 error randomly

We have an app in the marketplace, sometimes for some users randomly receiving this error even if the access_token not expired.

Please assist

Can you please tell me which app is it, what’s the clientid and more details about the error itself?

Timeframe of the error

have you solved this issue? I have the same problem with Zapier integration.

My integration works fine for a first day and next day the token is expired with the same error:
