Hi all, we’re using Caller to log outgoing calls and Zapier+Twilio for logging incoming calls.
However the bit I am missing is an API method for outgoing call outcome. We use custom call outcomes set here https://infakt.pipedrive.com/settings/caller and I don’t seam to be able to get a list of those from API.
I’ve checked deal details /deals/{id}, and data.last_activity doesn’t seam to have anything on outcome.
If you know anything about this I’d appreciate little help
