Is there any placeholder reference that we can use in the activity and webhook?

for example i would like to get the field place holder list as below:

Hi ((Client_Name}}

Thanks for setting up a schedule with us at ((Field_value_1}}
Our team {{Field_Value_2}} will be your POC XXX

Can we have those parameter placeholder ?
