Hi all im very new and vanilla with the developing world but i want to have a crack at this anyway to learn. My company I work for we currently use freshdesk for support tickets but we want to move to open source peppermint.sh and have the ability to integrate this to our crm pipedrive so that when a customer calls in eg customer calls in and a suppor ticket needs to be created sales can email to the support email that will then automate a ticket that comes from the customer or if the customer directly emails the ticket will auto create. Then all of that info in support tickets be able to automate back to the customer in pipedrive so that there is no double handling. looking to host the peppermint internally as a cost cutting measure because fresh desk as far as im aware does not integrate into pipedrive the way we want it to any help apprerciated please
