Settingup a Custom Caller

I wanted to know that how can I configure calling through my integrated Reliable PBX App on caller?

So whenever a user goes to his contacts detail page and clicks on the phone number of the contact, he should be able to call through my Reliable PBX App

Kindly Guide me on this or let me know if you need any further information.
