We are adding persons via api and then searching for these person and displays its details.
we noticed that sometimes after adding a new person, we are searching for this new person but the aoi doesnt return us the right person even that it was created successfully.

Are you only searching by phone number (for search term)?
our script is searching by 4 characters from the whole phone number and of course - it receives some persons but not with same phone number- and it therefor creates a new one even that we already created person with this phone number.

The label shouldn’t affect the search at all in this case.
Is there any reason why you only include 4 characters when searching by phone number? I would think you would encounter several duplicates from this?
Also, are you including the phone field in the search?

we are not including phone field.

we are searching for the person twice, once with the full phone number and if the person wasn’t found we are searching by the last 4 characters.
Now we added phone filed in the search, and still after creating the person and then searching for this person, the person is not found in the results.

Do you have a specific test example you can share (or it’s only random).

I’ve tried several different methods, but haven’t been able to replicate your issue unfortunately. Have you contacted our support regarding this? I believe it’s something directly connected to your account where the Search isn’t working correctly so our support would be the best people to speak to as they can look directly at your account.
