Our API integration depends on these Fields endpoints; the migration to V2 has otherwise gone smoothly.

Is there any information available about when V2 versions of these endpoints will become available?

We are in the same situation. We have several Pipedrive customers that depend on these endpoints to know about custom and built-in fields.

Can someone from Pipedrive confirm if there will be v2 endpoints, or if the v1 fields endpoints will be available in perpetuity?

Could you please provide the current status of those endpoints (dealFields specifically)?
Additionally, could you please clarify whether the v1 version will remain safe for use after December 31?

Hi!

  • Good news is that new v2 fields endpoints are close to release and we hope to get them live latest next week
  • Deprecated v1 endpoints - as mentioned in the changelog post, the availability of those endpoints will not be guaranteed going forward. You should be ready that they could removed at any point after the deadline (even if it doesn’t happen immediately in January)
