Anyone has experience with connecting Pipedrive chat to my FAQ page?

I would like to connect my FAQ content to the new Pipedrive chatbot.

Is it possible? would really love it if the bot can refer my clients to articles related to my product most frequently asked questions.

Perhaps this has to be done in a particular way or with a particular API?

You can configure Chat Bot’s replies to send links. For example, I changed the default template a bit in order to send a message with a link based on “I am looking to buy” question (you can change questions)

As a result, once you add Chat Bot to your page, and select “I am looking to buy” question, Chat Bot will reply with a link.
