API Blocked: "Request has been blocked due to country restrictions

Hello,

I am currently developing an application using the Pipedrive API and encountered the following error:

It appears that my request is being blocked due to “country restrictions.” I am located in Bulgaria, and I’m using Cloudflare for serving static content and protecting against DDoS attacks.

The issue only started recently — just a few days ago everything was working perfectly without any restrictions. Could anyone clarify the following:

  1. Are there specific restrictions for Cloudflare when accessing the API?

  2. What could have changed recently to cause this issue?

  3. Is there any documentation that explains these limitations?

  4. Are there possible workarounds, such as IP whitelisting or configuration adjustments?

I would greatly appreciate any help or insights from the community or Pipedrive support.
