API Rate Limits

Two questions:
Is there any way to determine company’s plan / number of seats at connection?
How can we get remaining tokens for access tokens requests?

I’m looking for the same answer. What I don’t understand is how can we get the Daily API limit still left over. Because let’s say a user uses up thier daily limit, now any automated process we have starts spamming the Pipedrive API without knowing if it should slowly back off or ban the CRM connection until a specified time (which I assume is UTC midnight).

I’d like if we could get some support from the Pipedrive team here on how to handle these cases as I also assume it’s important to not send too many errors to the API.
