App Panel not working with https URL

I am working on my App Integration called Reliable PBX for MarketPlace.

it was working with IP on http but after we changed to https URL instead of IP, its not working
and same url working in browser but not working in app panel background api url.
so how to make with https URL

Please guide me through this!

Can you share the following information?

  • Can you confirm if this URL is publicly accessible and is not behind a private network / VPN?
  • When you are testing the panel in Pipedrive, do you see any errors in the browser console? You can also monitor the Network tab to see if requests fail. Please feel free to share screenshots / HAR logs
