We have moved from our inhouse CRM to Pipedrive about 6 months ago. Everything is OK except for our graphic designers who have been slowed down by the switch.
All the existing artwork proofing integrations or external apps on market place are unable to work with Pipedrive products, and/or are too cumbersome for what is an easy workflow for our team.
We still use the old system, so we are able to take you through our functionality so you can get a clear idea of what we are after which is:
- Ability to add artwork imagery to each product that is already in the order (imported by Bigcommerce via Zapier which is already working fine, although we want BC to bring in the selected image from the website, not use the default image inside Pipedrive).
- Layout of artwork(s) for the customer for them to be able to review, zoom and approve or request changes.
- Ability to email customer with preset emails for 1st and subsequent drafts. This email contains a link for the user to visit the approval portal above.
- Selection of “Approved” or “Request Changes” options will update the Pipedrive stage to the relevant stage.
- Generation of Order packing sheet that includes the approved design imagery from above and other info against the order in Pipedrive (e.g. name, address, phone, dispatch date, etc.)
