Call Log duration incorrect

When using the API to create a new call log against a deal, (posting to /callLogs) the duration that is calculated is wrong.

Say I have a call that started 2020-07-01 09:16:16 and ended on 2020-07-01 09:18:21, the duration that the API comes back with is 125000, not 125 (presuming this is in seconds).

It also displays on the system itself as being a 10 hours 43 minutes 20 seconds long phone call, when in reality it is a 125 seconds phone call.
