The online chat floating icon is placed on the icons at the bottom of the mobile and tablet screen and prevents them from being seen.

Unfortunately, the lead booster customization capabilities in the product do not allow us to specify a position as of now.

However, if you inspect the https://leadbooster-chat.pipedrive.com/assets/loader.js, you would notice that it contains the styling required for the chat widget. You can just copy the contents of loader.js and save it locally with your changes on the styling part. However, I wouldn’t recommend it as it might break compatibility with future versions.
