Chat API Endpoint

I’m not able to find any documentation about an endpoint for the chat functionality of PD. I’d like to be able to observe an agent’s presence within the chat system and view/interact with the messages. Which endpoint deals with this native PD feature?

If you are talking about our Live Chat product then there is, unfortunately, no Public API that you could use at the moment. And currently, there are no plans to expose such an API in the near future.

We will take this as feedback but for now, I can’t promise if and when we would allow this.
