Connecting Cloud Based Phone System

Our Phone system with TELAIR need to be synced with our pipedrive accounts.

The phone company sent the following message after we sent them details about web hooks.

"Hi Anthony,

This is if an event happens on their side and wish to send detail to us.

We need the opposite, where they send us the URL and when a call comes in, it triggers the URL.

Thank you"

Would they be talking about the API Endpoint?

how can we solve this?

Pipedrive has both webhooks and REST APIs. Both of which can facilitate event driven integration.
