Connecting Organization field with OrganizationCustomFields

Hi,

I’m trying to make a relationship between the Organization tabel and the OrganizationCustomFields tabel.

It is possible to make a connection with the “address” field en with the “next_activity_id” field. But with both of the fields you get a many-to-many relation.

Is there another way to make a relationship between this 2 tables?
