Custom modal windows do not close when pressing the “X” button. Currently, the windows only close when pressing the “ESC” key on the keyboard.

Problem Occurrence Time
The problem occurred approximately 2 days ago.

Problem Details

  • The problem is observed in all custom modal windows in the account
  • The close button (“X”) in the upper right corner is present, but nothing happens when pressed
  • The only way to close the modal window is to press the “ESC” key on the keyboard
  • The problem occurs only in custom integrations

Tests already performed

  1. Tested on a new clean browser (Google Chrome) - the problem persists
  2. Reinstalled one of the modules - no result

Additional Information
An additional problem was detected: for one employee, the integration panels do not appear in the account, but appear when using a VPN.

We are also having the same issue since couple of days.
We are using the app-extensions-sdk.

We have the same issue in Extraflow. We already have 5 bad conversations with our customers. Please fix it.

Thank you very much. The problem with closing windows is solved.

However, my colleague is still suffering from the inability to use integration panels without using a VPN.
Please tell me what the problem could be?
