is it possible to create an own Popup with select options which pops up when setting the Deal to lost or won?

Hi! Unfortunately deal events are not supported in the Custom UI extensions SDK.
One possible workaround could be to listen to deal webhooks on your side and trigger the “Open modal” command through the SDK. The potential downside is that although we aim to deliver webhooks “near realtime”, it is not always guaranteed, meaning the user might need to wait for the popup to appear
