Whether Activity type is deleted only via API endpoint,is there any possibility in UI to delete Activity Type?
Deleting activity type via API endpoint also means deactivating?

Are you referring to the activity types shown in the screenshot below? If so, they can be accessed via the Activity settings / Company settings page.
