Hi,
We’re looking for a developer to develop a connection between our Pipedrive instance and Barbour ABI ( Understand API Fundamentals & Integrations with Barbour ABI ).

We want to be able to push Babour projects as deals, along with the Barbour associated contact details as organisations and contacts.

Barbour ABI projects

Potential process for projects identified on Barbour

  • Tags used within Barbour ABI to select which projects push through to Pipedrive (PD)
    • Push to be instantaneous
  • Connect Barbour notes to push through to PD notes on the associated deal
  • Appointed subcontractor details from Barbour ABI to push through to PD notes on the associated deal
  • Barbour ABI saved searches be pushed through to PD

Organisations

Process for relevant organisations identified on Barbour

  • Tags used to push through selected organisations to PD
    • Automate projects being pushed that are attached to the office location, which then populate the notes in the same way as above
  • Push Barbour ABI updates through to populate notes on the deal record on PD
  • Appointed subcontractors also update PD notes or linked organisations
  • Saved searches be pushed through to PD
  • Need to be able to identify these imported contacts and their interest groups for marketing lists

Hi Alex,

I understand you’re looking to sync Barbour ABI projects, contacts, and notes into Pipedrive with tagging and near real-time updates. This is something I can definitely help with.
I’ve worked with API integrations and CRM workflows before, so this is definitely something I can help with. The tag-based filtering, real-time project pushes, and note syncing across deals, organisations and contacts are all very achievable with the Barbour ABI and Pipedrive APIs.
