Empty marked as done time Activities

Hi,
we have the problem, that some of our activities are done but the marked as done time is delivered as “”.
In pipedrive interface they have a timestamp for that.
This is a knoen issue?

So in the UI, there’s no issue? Only via the API request?

If so, is there any pattern or specific example you have?

Hi David,
we have this Problem via API request. So the results there not the sames as in the UI.
Could not see any pattern there.

I can’t seem to replicate any issue on my end. Could you contact our support so they can look at your account specifically? Maybe they can see some issue on the account.
