Error 429 - Too Many Connections

If I send too many requests from my app (e.g. creates too many new clients) and try to send them to Pipedrive via the api in order to create the appropriate people on the PipeDrive side, then pipedrive after 3-4 POST connections, sends me back Error 429 - Too Many Connections.

Can you tell me how many and how often I can send requests to the PipeDrive side?
