Get All Deals in Pipedrive, currently limited to 500 rows

Hi there,

I’m trying to ALL the Deals in my Pipedrive instance, but there is a maximum limit of 500 on the deals endpoint.

https://api.pipedrive.com/v1/deals?status=all_not_deleted&start=0&api_token=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

How can I get all the deals in the system returned?
