When admins view the emails sent by users, give them the ability to see the status of email opening and link opening. This will allow managers to better know the state of a deal when they are reviewing user progress on deals. Right now only the sender of the email can see this information.

Provide aggregate reporting about email and link opening so that the effectiveness of different email templates and links can be measured.
