High frequency of 500 errors in the latest days

In the last few days, we started experiencing 500/502 errors very often.
This seems to be particularly happening for these kinds of requests

Is there something abnormal in the API in the last few days?
If not, can you help us identify the cause of it?

It was indeed an issue from our side which has now been fixed. We apologize for the inconvenience!

It seems from your post that you are calling the GET /recents endpoint regularly to get updates. If that is the case, we would suggest setting the timestamp closer to the present day to query just the most recent changes.
