Help me please, I need to make a merge of deals because I have duplicates but the crm does not allow it.
And an automatic merge? or who recognizes duplicate deals?
If you only have a few, you could find them and merge them manually using the Merge functionality.
If you don’t know which ones they are, you could write a script to identify them and then merge them manually or via API. If you do this, make sure your script works well. I would suggest testing it first in a sandbox account.
Or if you want to avoid the hustle, you could take a look at the Dedupely app available on the Marketplace. If you have a lot of duplicated deals, it would probably save you a lot of time.
