How to add anchor in notes that opens in new tab

Hello! I am trying to send a note to a deal using the /notes POST request. The note contains an anchor that needs to be opened in a new tab.
I tried making the anchor like this:
The problem is that PipeDrive automatically removes the target=“_blank”

Is there any way to do that?
