How to search based on custom field name instead of using the key of the custom field?

If I have a GET request like https://{COMPANYDOMAIN}.pipedrive.com/api/v1/organizationFields:(key,name)?start=0&api_token=659c9fddb16335e48cc67114694b52074e812. how can I search based on the name to get the value of the key for the custom field? Is this possible?
