How to search for an organization based on name and custom fields?

Hi All,

I’m trying to use the Search Organizations by name, custom fields and other fields:
https://developers.pipedrive.com/docs/api/v1/Organizations#searchOrganization

There’s a field for ‘term’ and a field for ‘fields’. I am not understanding how I would construct the url or HTTP request for multiple fields to search on? Does anyone have an example?

I want to search on the name, address and a custom field.
