How to test my code locally or as custom app in pipedrive

I am new to pipedrive i have a reqirement to deploy my app in pipedrive but i could not find wher e to do that.Can anyone help me in this? Thanks in advance.

I am having a app developed with pipedrive api’s, after developing i need to deploy and test my app myself without sending my code to marketplace team (with in pipedrive). Is there any possibilites to do?
