What I have to do to start developing?

I have the same problem, my paid account does not appear
the “Marketplace Manager” option.

I don’t have a sandbox account right now but I need to develop OAuth Authentication

In that case please request a sandbox account here: https://pipedrive.readme.io/docs/developer-sandbox-account

Make sure to choose the “developing an app” option, and you will have the Marketplace manager enabled on that account.

I am facing the same issue in my account, The option Marketplace manager is not enabled in the Paid account or in the sandbox account
