Hi, we are new to Pipedrive (and loving it). We like to calculate our deal probabilities based on the “Likelihood of Funding” versus the “Likelihood of Beating the Competition”. We created two fields in Deals for these items and the each contain a fixed list of values [Unknown, Unlikely, 50/50, Likely, Certain]. We have a matrix for calculating the Deal Probability, see attached jpeg.
Would someone be able to write some automation for us using APIs and/or Webhooks or some other method such that if one of our users changes the status of the “Likelihood of Funding” versus the “Likelihood of Beating the Competition” fields in Deals then the Probability would automatically update bases on the attached table?
